A huge 'thank you' to Knapton Musik and Bret for fixing the wiring in my vintage Kramer Focus 4000. The wiring diagram was impossible to find, even on the official Kramer website. I bought the guitar 40 years ago, and had a custom paint job applied about 15 years ago. Since then, it hung on my wall and was never played because nobody could figure out how to properly wire it back together. I brought it to Knapton, and Bret used all resources available to repair the wiring, prioritizing 'correct' over 'quick' in this challenging request. He remained in frequent contact with me to keep me updated on the status. I am attaching before and after pics of the wiring, I hope they show up in the review. I picked up the guitar today and it works like new!!! The wait was painful, but Bret did exactly as I asked and made sure it was done correctly before calling the job done. His work was outstanding, and my guitar sounds awesome. I highly recommend Knapton for any guitar repairs - they know what they're doing, and if they don't, they'll call in reinforcements!! 10 stars!!

Spoke with Lauri on the phone yesterday about a couple of cellos they have in stock. They are knowledgeable and really care about their customers and products. It was very clear they have a passion for music and good products for their customers. Would recommend. Update: Finally went in and purchased a couple cellos and would give more stars if I could. They had the cellos setup for us ready to play in a separate room before we got there, they helped us with the right cello, the right book to get started and answered all our questions, and we had a lot. Thanks again you guys!
